Surf Punta de Mita
Custom carpentry, building systems, artisan tile installation and decorative fittings for hospitality units.
A hospitality project in Punta de Mita, completed in 2024. It is the highest-volume carpentry work in the portfolio: headboards, panelling, vanities, closets and built-in furniture across several units, all made in ArquiVal’s own workshop.
Building for hospitality demands something different from building for a home: the furniture will take heavy use from people who do not own it. Hardware, edges and finishes were specified with that in mind, not for the photograph.
Alongside the carpentry we executed building systems, artisan tile installation in bathrooms and kitchens, and the fitting of decorative accessories.
