Punta de Mita, 2018. A remodel in collaboration with Constructores de Vallarta, with Arq. Juan Robles as site superintendent, responsible for supervision, budgeting and personnel and payroll management.
It is the oldest documented project and explains where the current working method comes from: line-item progress control, supervised payroll and photo reporting as normal practice rather than as an exception.
