It is the project that best represents ArquiVal’s full scope: it starts with a survey of what was there, goes through municipal permitting and ends with the house handed over. Nothing was subcontracted outside the specialties already run in-house.
Demolishing to build on an urban lot in Vallarta has its own difficulty: narrow access, neighbours metres away, and debris removal along streets that will not always take a large truck. That gets planned in advance, not on the day the machine arrives.
